Good feedback loops alone don’t ensure Agile success, but poor and/or nonexistent feedback loops guarantee failure.

The Product Demo at the end of the iteration provides feedback on the product’s current state and its future improvements, and the Retrospective is the primary feedback loop for the Team to learn, improve, and grow. It you agree that better Teams deliver better products, ask “Are your Retrospectives making your Team(s) better, and helping them develop into all that they can be?”

This session will help you build better retrospectives, and perhaps more importantly, develop a deeper understanding of the ‘why’ of retrospectives.
