Coaching for Success - Practical Solutions for Building a High-Performance Organization

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Have you hired a coach to help improve agility? Maybe you've been asked to take on the coach role? How do you know if your coaching techniques are effective? What are the behaviors and qualities exemplified in a coach that will unleash the power and capabilities of your organization?

In this session you will experience and practice varied approaches a coach may use to enable agility and move towards a high-performing workplace. Through the use of actual workplace challenges, you will learn those coaching behaviors and tactics that can enable or disable the team and your agile adoption efforts. These learnings can be applied immediately within your organization.

If you are a leader, manager, current or prospective coach, this session is for you! You will come away with new ideas to add to your coaching toolkit, and validation that your coaching strategy is meeting your organization's needs.
